MSRC stands behind our quality by offering a standard 6 months warranty on recertified products. We have recently extended our warranty to 6 months on MSL Tape Libraries and all tape drive repairs. An extended warranty is available for an additional charge.

In the rare instance you need warranty service we will respond quickly to minimize your down time.
