Return Policy

MSRC Co. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, product maybe be exchanged or returned for a refund within fourteen days of receipt for any reason other than damage.  There must be no damage to the product. 
 
In order to process a refund request, ALL of the following information and steps must be taken:
 
1. Include all of the following in your return shipment:
  • The original product packaging. 
  • Your name, mailing address and telephone number.
  • The six digit order number from your purchase.
  • A note explaining the reason for the return or exchange
  • Make sure that your RA (Return Authorization) number is clearly displayed on your address label.  Contact us by phone or e-mail for an RA number.

  • Refunds are only for the value of the product (according to the receipt).
